Mountain stalking is one of the most challenging and tough hunting categories in Spain and Europe. It is also one of the most astonishing and beautiful hunting adventures someone can get involved in. Since it is uncertain and exhausting, mountain stalking is suitable for thrill seeker hunters only.

Selective Chamois

This permit will enable us to stalk a male/female selective Chamois. Our aim will always be the responsible hunting under environmental sustainability criteria, which will focus our attention on long-lived males close to the end of their life-cycle. Therefore, we will contribute to the conservation of the species and environment where we hunt.

DIFFICULTY

Mountains are always unpredictable, difficult and unsparing.
Our mountain stalking level may be higher than 2.600 meters, so being fit is necessary in order to face a hard, sharp and physically demanding terrain. The lack of road and paths makes being fit cumpolsury as there is long stalking, long walks and very pronounced ups and downs. A real adventure for qualified hunters.

250 meters shots may be necessary in mountain stalking if it is impossible to approach. Having the rifle/cartridge/sights set tested at a minimum distance of 200 meters is indispensable in order to ensure, as far as possible, a quick and successful result. Mountain stalking requires being physically fit for the environment where it is carried out, especially on the Pyrenean Chamois.
